EMBROIDME RECOGNIZED IN FRANCHISE TIMES ‘NEXT 100’ RANKING

World’s Largest Embroidery Franchise Recognized Among All Top Franchise Systems Worldwide

West Palm Beach, FL (October 24, 2011) – EmbroidMe, the world’s largest embroidery franchise, announced today that it has been named an “up and coming” company on the verge of making the Franchise Times magazine’s Top 200 list of franchise companies. The Franchise Times ‘Top 200’ is comprised of all top franchise systems ranked by worldwide sales for the year of 2010. Each year the magazine also recognizes the next 100 companies on the verge of making the Top 200 list. EmbroidMe moved up on the list from 289 to 280. The full report appears in the magazine’s October issue.

“We are thrilled to receive this recognition and to find out that we have moved up 9 spots on the list,” said Mark Johnson, President of EmbroidMe. “Over the past several years we have experienced extraordinary growth and to be recognized as number 280 out of nearly 3,000 franchise systems is a true testament of our hard work and commitment to the clients we serve.”

Franchise Times ‘Top 200’ ranking is based on months of compilation, examination and evaluation, which result in an unparalleled resource for franchise buyers and multi-unit franchise owners. Franchisors were judged on specific criteria as part of an exhaustive analysis examining nearly 3,000 franchise systems.

With nearly 400 locations across the U.S., Canada and Australia, EmbroidMe is the largest embroidery franchise that specializes in full-service custom embroidery and screen-printing for apparel, as well as promotional products and gifts to both private and commercial segments. As part of its aggressive growth strategy, EmbroidMe is seeking to expand its presence in markets across the U.S. and in countries such as Brazil, Mexico, France, United Kingdom and Germany.

According to Franchise Times, companies with strong international presences were more likely to grow. This has coincided directly with EmbroidMe’s strategy of growing both at home and internationally simultaneously, since there is ample room for development in both places.

“Our tremendous growth in international expansion can be credited in part to our outstanding team of global franchising experts and our global support system,” said Tony Foley, International Director for EmbroidMe. “We’ve been at the forefront of growth of the embroidery concept, and our business model has led EmbroidMe franchisees to success and helped us grow to become the world’s largest embroidery franchise.

EmbroidMe is part of a successful system of business-to-business franchise brands and development services under the United Franchise Group. Since its inception, EmbroidMe has offered full-service promotional options to both small and large businesses.
